Frequently Asked Questions

Projects start at $15,000 for Essentials, $30,000 for Growth, and $60,000+ for Enterprise. Essentials covers a custom-designed marketing site built on Next.js. Growth adds up to 20 custom pages, a blog, integrations, SEO service and location pages, case study templates, AEO work, and 60 days of post-launch support. Enterprise is for larger builds with custom application work. Vizantir is not a fit if you need a site under $15,000 or a template customization.

Essentials projects take 6 to 8 weeks, Growth projects take 8 to 12 weeks, and Enterprise projects take 12 to 16 weeks or more. The schedule covers strategy, design, development, content integration, and launch. The most common cause of delay is content, so projects move fastest when copy, photography, and brand assets are ready, or when content production is included in scope.

Vizantir builds in Next.js, with Sanity CMS for content. We do not build WordPress sites. Clients currently on WordPress are migrated onto that stack rather than maintained on WordPress. Next.js is the foundation every Vizantir site runs on because it is fast on every device, free of plugin risk, and does not depend on WordPress core updates to stay secure.

Every site we build is custom — scoped to your business, coded from scratch. Builders and templates have their place when budget is the only driver. When the goal is a site that performs, ranks, and holds up under real scrutiny, that approach does not get you there. We have never shipped a template.

Every site we build is tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop — portrait and landscape. Mobile is treated as the primary experience, not an afterthought. If it does not look and work correctly on every screen size and orientation, it does not ship.

Yes. Before any design work starts we look at how businesses in your space position themselves online — what works, where the gaps are, and how that market shows up. That research shapes strategy and structure. You should not be guessing what the site needs to do differently. We find it.

Yes. Vizantir rebuilds existing websites on its own stack. We audit what is there and keep what works — structure, content, and brand — then rebuild on Next.js rather than editing the existing platform. We do not modify existing WordPress installs in place.

Launch support is included. After launch, Website Care is optional ongoing improvement — content, conversion, search, and related work. Plans are Essential Care at $295/month, Website Care at $650/month, and Growth Partner at $1,500/month. Current details are on the Services page.

We can guide the copy structure and messaging strategy as part of the project scope. For full copywriting, we work with trusted partners we can bring in — or we work with your existing content and sharpen it for the web.

No. Content changes — blog posts, case studies, service descriptions, images, team members, testimonials — are all handled through Sanity Studio, a clean editor we set up with your site. It works like a better version of the WordPress admin, without the maintenance headaches. You'll need a developer only for structural or design changes (new page types, layout overhauls, new integrations). Day-to-day content management is fully yours. Unlike WordPress, there are no plugins to update, no security patches to chase, and no compatibility testing to worry about. Edit content, publish, done.
